Michael J. Kennedy (born 1958) is an Irish former Gaelic footballer who played for the St Margaret's club and at inter-county level with the Dublin senior football team.

Career

Kennedy first played Gaelic football at juvenile and underage levels with the St Margaret's club.{{cite news|url=https://stmargaretsgaa.clubzap.com/history|title=Club history|date=|publisher=St Margaret's GAA website|accessdate=25 November 2022|first=|last=}} He was still eligible for the minor grade when he was promoted to the club's senior team, but enjoyed little in terms of success.

Kennedy first appeared on the inter-county scene for Dublin as a member of the minor team.
