Midlum ({{langx|fy|Mullum}}) is a village in north Netherlands. The village was first mentioned in the 13th century as Middelum, and means "settlement in the middle".{{cite web|url=https://etymologiebank.nl/trefwoord/midlum |title=Midlum - (geografische naam) |website=Etymologiebank |access-date=30 March 2022 |language=nl}} The church dates from around 1200. In 1840, it was home to 439 people.
