Mike Okot

Michael “Mike” Okot (born 25 December 1958) is a retired Ugandan sprinter who specialized in the 400 and 800 metres.

Okot finished seventh in 4 x 400 metres relay at the 1984 Summer Olympics, together with teammates John Goville, Moses Kyeswa and Peter Rwamuhanda, in a national record time of 3:02.09 minutes.[http://gbrathletics.com/cm99.htm Commonwealth All-Time Lists (Men)]
