Mill Creek is a stream in Benton County, Arkansas and

McDonald County, Missouri.{{GNIS|52001}} It is a tributary of Elk River.

The headwaters are in Arkansas about four miles east of Sulphur Springs at {{coord|36|28|24|N|94|23|11|W|display=inline}} and the confluence with the Elk is in Missouri just northeast of Noel at {{coord|36|32|55|N|94|28|59|W|display=inline,title}} at an elevation of {{convert|820|ft}}.Gravette, AR-MO and Noel, MO 7.5 Minute Topographic Quadrangles, USGS, 1971 and 1982
