The Ministry for the Digital Transformation and of the Civil Service is a ministerial department of the Government of Spain. The department was created as part of the Sánchez III Government as a split from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation. Later, the department received the civil service responsibilities from the Ministry of Finance. It is headed by Óscar López Águeda.
