Minkowce {{IPAc-pl|m|i|N|'|k|o|f|c|e}} is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szudziałowo, within Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Szudziałowo, {{convert|17|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of Sokółka, and {{convert|48|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Białystok.
