History

In 1997, Mintel became the first market research supplier to provide access to its research online. Mintel’s launched the first European and U.S. market research reports in 2001.

Products

Mintel Comperemedia, acquired by Mintel as American Mailbox Monitor, was rebranded and launched in 1999. In 2003, it started tracking direct mail and print advertising sent to United States and Canada. In 2006, Mintel Comperemedia launched an email panel and began tacking the trends and stragies in email marketing.
