Minting is a village and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The village is situated {{convert|1|mi|km|1}} south from the A158 road. The population (including Gautby) at the 2011 census was 286.

Minting is one of the Thankful Villages that suffered no fatalities during the Great War of 1914 to 1918.{{cite web|last=Kelly|first=John|title=Thankful villages: The places where everyone came back from the wars|url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-15671943|publisher=BBC|access-date=30 July 2013|date=11 November 2011}} Today it is a small village that has a population of about 167 people.
