Description
The codex contains the text of the Gospel of Luke and Gospel of John on 391 paper leaves (size {{×|29.4|21.2}}). The text is written in one column per page, 28 lines per page.{{Cite book

History
F. H. A. Scrivener and C. R. Gregory dated the manuscript to the 12th century. Currently the manuscript is dated by the INTF to the 12th century.
The manuscript was added to the list of New Testament manuscripts by Scrivener (670e){{r|Scrivener}} and Gregory (857e). Gregory saw it in 1886.{{r|Gregory|Gregory1908}}
Currently the manuscript is housed at the Vatican Library (Gr. 645), in Rome.{{r|Aland|INTF}}
