Mistřice is a municipality and village in Uherské Hradiště District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,200 inhabitants.

Mistřice lies approximately {{convert|7|km|mi|0}} north-east of Uherské Hradiště, {{convert|19|km|mi|abbr=on}} south-west of Zlín, and {{convert|251|km|mi|abbr=on}} south-east of Prague.
