Mikkel Morgenstar Pålssønn "Mix" Diskerud (born October 2, 1990) is a former professional soccer player who played as a midfielder. Born in Norway to an American mother and a Norwegian father, he represents the United States internationally. A full international since 2010, he has won 38 caps and scored 6 goals for the United States national team, and was a part of their 2014 FIFA World Cup squad.

His mother coined his nickname "Mix" when he was learning to walk, as he was energetic and ran around the house like a mixmaster.{{cite news |first=Ida-Marie |last=Vatn |title=Derfor heter han Mix |url=http://msn.tv2sporten.no/fotball/tippeligaen/article2676746.ece |work=TV 2 Sporten |quote=Mikkel begynte nærmest å løpe før han begynte å gå.
