Mogenstrup is a town, with a population of 2,011 (1 January 2024),[https://m.statbank.dk/TableInfo/BY3?lang=en BY3: Population 1. January, by urban areas, area and population density] The Mobile Statbank from Statistics Denmark in Næstved Municipality, Region Zealand in Denmark. It is located 10 km southeast of Næstved.

Mogenstrup was the municipal seat of the former Fladså Municipality until 1 January 2007.

Mogenstrup is situated just south of Mogenstrup Ås.
