Monopis icterogastra, the wool moth, is a moth of the family Tineidae. It is found in most of Australia.
It is thought that the moths of this species lay live young caterpillars rather than eggs.{{cite web|url=http://www-staff.it.uts.edu.au/~don/larvae/tine/icterogastra.html|title=Monopis icterogastra|author=Don Herbison-Evans & Stella Crossley|publisher=uts.edu.au|date=7 February 2008|accessdate=11 February 2009}}
