Monte Compatri ({{IPA|it|ˈmonte ˈkɔmpatri}}) is a {{lang|it|comune}} (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Rome in the Italian region of Latium, located about {{convert|20|km|mi}} southeast of Rome on the Alban Hills. It is one of the Castelli Romani.
History
Main sights
- Parish church of Santa Maria Assunta in Cielo (1630–33), erected by will of Scipione Borghese. The campanile is the former communal tower. The façade was designed by Carlo Rainaldi
