A moorkop ({{IPA|nl|ˈmoːrkɔp|lang|Nl-moorkop.ogg}}) is a traditional pastry from the Netherlands consisting of a profiterole (cream puff) filled with whipped cream.{{Cite web |title=Moorkop {{!}} Traditional Sweet Pastry From Netherlands {{!}} TasteAtlas |url=https://www.tasteatlas.com/moorkop |access-date=2023-12-19 |website=www.tasteatlas.com}} The top of the profiterole is glazed with white or dark chocolate. Often there is whipped cream on the top, with a slice of tangerine or a piece of pineapple.
The name moorkop translates literally as "moor's head". In order to cause less offence, some retailers now sell them under the name chocoladebol.{{Cite web |last=Pascoe |first=Robin |date=2020-02-06 |title=Heads will roll: Hema ditches 'moorkop' for 'chocoladebol' |url=https://www.dutchnews.nl/2020/02/heads-will-roll-hema-ditches-moorkop-for-chocoladebol/ |access-date=2023-12-19 |website=DutchNews.nl |language=en-GB}}
