Design and development
The engine is a four-cylinder four-stroke, horizontally-opposed, {{convert|2600|cc|cuin|1|abbr=on}} displacement, air-cooled, direct-drive, gasoline engine design. It employs capacitor discharge ignition and produces {{convert|95|hp|kW|0|abbr=on}} at 2800 rpm.
