Mount Alifan is a peak on the U.S. island territory of Guam. It is located in Agat on the south-west of the island. Alifan is the highest point overseeing Agat Bay and was the site of fierce fighting during the 1944 U.S. invasion of Guam after four years of Japanese occupation. The War in the Pacific National Historical Park owns a "Mt. Alifan Unit" but it is undeveloped.{{cite web |title=War in the Pacific National Historical Park Brochure |url=https://www.nps.gov/wapa/planyourvisit/wapa_brochure.htm |website=U.S. National Park Service |access-date=2 March 2021 |language=en}}

Mount Alifan and two adjacent peaks were once home to the Mount Alifan partula snail (Partula salifana), which was described in 1925, but was subsequently declared extinct by 1992.{{Cite journal |last=Smith |first=Barry D. |last2=Cooper-Nurse |first2=Ramsay |last3=Gawel |first3=Ann Marie |title=SURVEY OF ENDANGERED TREE SNAILS ON NAVY-OWNED LAND IN GUAM |url=https://www.uog.edu/_resources/files/ml/technical_reports/125Smith_et_al_2008_UOGMTechRep125.pdf |journal=Marine Laboratory, University of Guam, UOG Station, Mangilao, GU}}{{Cite web |last=Kerr |first=Alexander M |date=2013 |title=The partulid tree snails (Partulidae: Stylommatophora) of the Mariana Islands, Micronesia: University of Guam Marine Laboratory Technical Report 152 |url=https://www.uog.edu/_resources/files/ml/technical_reports/152Kerr_2013_UOGMLTechReport152.pdf |access-date=2025-04-20 |website=UOG.edu}}
