History

Baggetta and Watt recorded Wall of Flowers with drummer Jim Keltner{{cite web|last=Maiuri|first=Ken|title=Ken Maiuri's Clubland: Guitarist Mike Baggetta records and debuts a new album|url=https://www.gazettenet.com/Ken-Maiuri-s-Clubland-Guitar-man-Mike-Baggetta-24105072|work=Daily Hampshire Gazette|date=March 3, 2019|access-date=February 4, 2020}} but after releasing it Keltner was averse to travel so Stephen Hodges was brought in to tour the album; Hodges had previously worked with Watt on the latter's second solo album, Contemplating The Engine Room. The resulting trio named themselves mssv and recorded a live album entitled Live Flowers.
