Born in Tyumen-Aryk, Janakorgan District, Kyzylorda Region on February 2, 1933.

Upon graduation, he started his medical career as a surgeon in a village hospital. In 1998, he founded and became the first president of the International Academy of Medical Sciences (Brussels, Belgium).
