Mustang coffee

Mustang coffee is a liqueur coffee consisting of coffee, sugar or honey, butter, and raksi (a Nepalese rice or milletSven Haakanson, Amy Steffian (eds), Creative Alaska: A Ten-Year Retrospective of Support for Alaska Artists, 2004-2013, p. 138, University of Alaska Press, 2016 {{ISBN|1602232857}}. wine), with the coffee's quantity double that of the rest of the ingredients. It is particularly famous in Nepal, especially in regions frequented by trekkers.{{citation needed|date=February 2013}}
