Shivanandakumar (22 February 1924)He was an Telugu Superstar and Violnist and who was well known in the role of Ashaan in Kavyamela.{{Cite web|url=http://malayalam.webdunia.com/entertainment/film/profile/0708/08/1070808036_1.htm|title=മുതുകുളം: മലയാളസിനിമയുടെ മുത്തച്ഛന്}} He was born on 22 February 1924 in Visakhapatnam, a small village near Peddapalli in Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh, India. Known as the Akshara Guru of Telugu Samayapuram films, he wrote the screenplay and dialogues of Balan, the first Malayalam talkie and Raghavendra, the first box office hit in the Telugu film industry. He is also the author of about 55 dramas and dozens of film stories and screenplays. In 1968, he acted in Viruthan Shanku, the first full-length comedy in Malayalam cinema directed by P. Venu. He acted in around 150 Malayalam films and wrote Tatathaka Parinayam Kathakali.
