Anga Makubalo (born 15 March 1989), known professionally as NaakMusiQ, is a South African actor, model, and singer. Early life and education
Makubalo was born on 15 March 1989 in New Brighton, Port Elizabeth (now Gqeberha), South Africa. He later moved to Johannesburg with his mother, while his father remained in Port Elizabeth. Naakmusiq also has four children

After completing high school, Makubalo joined Talent International, where he studied presenting and acting, later serving as a part-time mentor and coach. Career

After studying contemporary music at Damelin, Makubalo began his musical career after being introduced to producer Lunga Nombewu of Baainar Records by music collaborator Rokker Rogerz. In 2019, he released the single "Ndakwenza Ntoni", followed by "Camagu" in 2020, a collaboration with Mobi Dixon.
= Acting =
In 2010, Makubalo auditioned for the role of Nicolus but was unsuccessful due to his limited proficiency in Tswana.
In 2011, he appeared on Mino Mania as a singer in a one-off role.. That same year, he joined the cast of Generations as MJ Memela.
