Narciso Valentin Ticobay (19 March 1932 – 21 July 2013) was a Filipino Episcopalian bishop.{{cite web |url=http://asiamerican.org/rip-the-most-rev-narciso-valentin-ticobay/ |title=RIP The Most Rev.
