Early life

Club career

On 13 August 2021, Ajdei joined Hammarby TFF in Sweden's third tier Ettan, the feeder team of Hammarby IF. International career

Adjei made his debut for Ghana national team on 18 November 2024 in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Niger at the Accra Sports Stadium.
