The National Coloured Congress (NCC; previously the Cape Coloured Congress, CCC) is a South African political party led by Fadiel Adams, the founder of the Gatvol Capetonian Movement. The party was formed in August 2020 and focuses on issues affecting Coloured South Africans, initially in the Western Cape,{{Cite web|title=Cape Coloured Congress not apologetic about focusing on coloured people|url=https://www.iol.co.za/weekend-argus/news/cape-coloured-congress-not-apologetic-about-focusing-on-coloured-people-0fca5cae-d0ef-41af-b033-6809c218a75b|access-date=2021-10-29|website=www.iol.co.za|language=en|archive-date=29 October 2021|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211029210950/https://www.iol.co.za/weekend-argus/news/cape-coloured-congress-not-apologetic-about-focusing-on-coloured-people-0fca5cae-d0ef-41af-b033-6809c218a75b|url-status=live}} and later nationally.{{Cite web |title=‘We’re the unwanted step-child of the country’ - National Coloured Congress |url=https://www.msn.com/en-za/news/other/we-re-the-unwanted-step-child-of-the-country-national-coloured-congress/ar-AA1gBjG3 |access-date=2024-01-18 |website=www.msn.com}}

Some policies proposed at some point by the party include obtaining officially "full recognition" of Cape Coloured people as "First Nation descendants", meaning descendants of the Khoisan people, fighting against "all forms" of discrimination and notably against coloured people, and also discrimination against LGBTQ people, the eradication of gender-based violence, the prohibition of comprehensive sex education in schools, and the reintroduction of the death penalty for rapists and murderers.{{Cite web |date=2021-11-23 |title=Our Constitution – Cape Coloured Congress |url=https://ccc.org.za/company-overview/ |access-date=2022-07-28 |language=en-US |archive-date=23 November 2021 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211123173428/https://ccc.org.za/company-overview/ |url-status=bot: unknown }}

The party contested the 2021 municipal elections with Adams running as the party's mayoral candidate in the City of Cape Town.{{Cite web|last=Charles|first=Marvin|title='It's time that people of colour regain their dignity' - Fadiel Adams eyes Cape Town mayor job|url=https://www.news24.com/news24/southafrica/news/its-time-that-people-of-colour-regain-their-dignity-fadiel-adams-eyes-cape-town-mayor-job-20210416|access-date=2021-10-29|website=News24|language=en-US|archive-date=29 October 2021|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211029212452/https://www.news24.com/news24/southafrica/news/its-time-that-people-of-colour-regain-their-dignity-fadiel-adams-eyes-cape-town-mayor-job-20210416|url-status=live}}{{Cite web|title=Meet the candidates from smaller parties vying for Cape Town's mayorship|url=https://www.iol.co.za/capeargus/news/meet-the-candidates-from-smaller-parties-vying-for-cape-towns-mayorship-ce6adb7d-c912-40d7-a179-f7d68dbf0f34|access-date=2021-10-29|website=www.iol.co.za|language=en|archive-date=9 October 2021|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211009160733/https://www.iol.co.za/capeargus/news/meet-the-candidates-from-smaller-parties-vying-for-cape-towns-mayorship-ce6adb7d-c912-40d7-a179-f7d68dbf0f34|url-status=live}} The party won seven council seats in Cape Town and one seat in the Saldanha Bay Local Municipality.{{Cite web|date=2021-11-05|title=DA has 135 seats in Cape Town|url=https://www.sabcnews.com/sabcnews/da-has-135-seats-in-cape-town/|access-date=2021-11-06|website=SABC News - Breaking news, special reports, world, business, sport coverage of all South African current events. In 2023, the party renamed itself from the Cape Coloured Congress to the National Coloured Congress, and contested the 2024 South African general election, winning two seats in the national parliament and one in the Western Cape.{{Cite web |date=2023-08-10 |title=Cape Coloured Congress (CCC) goes national, eyes parliament - Radio 786 |url=https://www.radio786.co.za/cape-coloured-congress-ccc-goes-national/ |access-date=2024-01-18 |language=en-ZA}}{{Cite web |last=Plessis |first=Aneeqa Du |date=2024-06-04 |title=The Rise of the National Coloured Congress: A Profile of Fadiel Adams |url=https://www.vocfm.co.za/the-rise-of-the-national-coloured-congress-a-profile-of-fadiel-adams/ |access-date=2024-07-10 |website=Voice of the Cape |language=en-GB}}

In May 2025, the NCC tabled, and subsequently lost, a motion of no confidence against Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis. Hill-Lewis was shown to be broadly popular amongst his fellow Council members, when he won the motion by a significant margin (138 against vs 46 in favor).{{cite web|url= https://www.news24.com/southafrica/news/cape-town-mayor-geordin-hill-lewis-survives-first-motion-of-no-confidence-20250528-0810 |title= Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis survives first motion of no confidence |author= Marvin Charles |publisher= news24 |date= 28 May 2025 |access-date= 29 May 2025 }}

The motion was seen to be a spiteful endeavor to detract from an ongoing court case the City of Cape Town has against the NCC's leader, Fadiel Adams, for racist remarks he made. Hill-Lewis said at the time of the motion that the NCC's actions were frivolous, and that the party should be better for the residents of Cape Town in terms of their general interactions in Council meetings.
