Neotamandua borealis is an extinct species of anteater. Fossils were found in the Honda Group at the Konzentrat-Lagerstätte of La Venta, Colombia.{{cite journal|title=A New Fossil Anteater ( Edentata , Mammalia ) from Colombia , S . Description
