Nina Žižić ({{langx|cnr|Нина Жижић}}, {{IPA|sh|nîna ʒǐʒit͡ɕ|pron}}; born 20 April 1985{{cn|date=February 2025}}) is a Montenegrin singer. She began her career in 2004 with the group Negre. She represented Montenegro in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 alongside Who See and is set to represent the country again in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "{{lang|mne-Latn|Dobrodošli|i=unset}}".

Career

In December 2012, RTCG announced that Who See would represent Montenegro in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 held in Malmö together with a "secret artist", who was later revealed to be Žižić.{{cite web |last=Jiandani |first=Sanjay |date=20 December 2012 |title=Who See to represent Montenegro in Malmö |url=http://www.esctoday.com/40379/who-see-to-represent-montenegro-in-malmo/ |accessdate=20 December 2012 |work=ESCtoday.com}}{{cite web|url=http://www.esctoday.com/50558/who-see-wants-to-adapt-the-energy-in-igranka-onto-the-stage|title=Who See wants to adapt the energy in Igranka onto the stage|work=ESCtoday.com|date=17 April 2013|accessdate=17 April 2013|first=Denis|last=Randjelovic}} Their entry was the song "Igranka". The song was performed in the first semi-final on 14 May 2013, but came 12th with 41 points, failing to qualify for the final.{{cite news|title=Eurovision Song Contest 2013 Semi-Final (1)|url=http://www.eurovision.tv/page/history/by-year/contest?event=1783|accessdate=15 May 2013}}

In 2021, Žižić was a member of the internal jury to select Montenegro's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022.{{Cite web |last=Sebi |date=2021-12-23 |title=Nina Žižić among the 10 jury members to determine Montenegro's Eurovision entry! |url=https://escbubble.com/2021/12/nina-zizic-among-the-10-jury-members-to-determine-montenegros-eurovision-entry/ |access-date=2024-12-05 |website=ESCBubble |language=en-GB}}

Žižić participated in Montesong 2024, the Montenegrin national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, with the song "{{lang|mne-Latn|Dobrodošli|i=unset}}", finishing second to Neonoen with "Clickbait". However, Neonoen withdrew on 4 December 2024 due to having previously performed their entry in 2023, a violation of the rules.{{Cite news |last=Mazoyer |first=Vincent |date=2024-12-04 |title=BREAKING NEWS: NeonoeN withdraws from Eurovision participation |url=https://escxtra.com/2024/12/04/breaking-news-neonoen-withdraws-from-eurovision-participation/ |access-date=2024-12-08 |work=ESCXTRA |language=en-GB}} On 8 December 2024, Žižić was announced to be chosen as the Montenegrin representative in the contest instead.{{Cite web |last=Vesković |first=Đorđe |date=2024-11-27 |title=Crna Gora 2025 {{!}} Bend "NeonoeN" je 13. crnogorska uzdanica |url=https://evrovizija.rs/2024/11/27/crna-gora-2025-bend-neonoen-je-13-crnogorska-uzdanica/ |access-date=2024-12-05 |website=ESC Serbia {{!}} Evrovizija.rs |language=sr}}
