Niphargus wexfordensis is a species of amphipod of the family Niphargidae. It is endemic to Ireland{{Cite web|title=Niphargus wexfordensis {{!}} NBN Atlas|url=https://species.nbnatlas.org/species/NHMSYS0000377459|access-date=6 October 2023 |website=species.nbnatlas.org}} and was originally described from the County Wexford. It is a subterranean species.
