"No man's land" is an area which straddles two areas of ownership, in this case the boundary between the parishes of Chartham and Harbledown. It is one of the few remaining traditional orchards in the Stour Valley.{{cite web|url=https://charthampc.org.uk/no-mans-orchard/|title=No Man's Orchard|publisher=Chartham Parish Council|accessdate=6 March 2018|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20180307035928/https://charthampc.org.uk/no-mans-orchard/|archive-date=2018-03-07|url-status=dead}}
