No Me Quiero Ir de Aquí ({{translation|I Don’t Want To Leave Here}}) is the upcoming first concert residency by Puerto Rican rapper and singer Bad Bunny in support of his sixth studio album Debí Tirar Más Fotos (2025). It is set to begin on July 11, 2025 and conclude on September 14, 2025, comprising 30 shows exclusively in Puerto Rico at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, the largest entertainment venue on the island.{{Cite magazine|last=Garcia |first=Thania |date=2025-01-13|title=Bad Bunny Sets Residency in Puerto Rico With First Shows Exclusive to Locals (EXCLUSIVE)|url=https://variety.com/2025/music/news/bad-bunny-residency-puerto-rico-exclusive-1236272727/|access-date=2025-01-13|magazine=Variety |language=en-US}}{{Cite magazine |last=Flores |first=Griselda |date=2025-01-13|title=Bad Bunny Announces Residency at Coliseo de Puerto Rico: Here Are the Dates |url=https://www.billboard.com/music/latin/bad-bunny-residency-coliseo-de-puerto-rico-dates-1235874791/ |access-date=2025-01-13|magazine=Billboard|language=en-US}}

Background

On December 26, 2024, Bad Bunny announced his sixth studio album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, with a release date for January 5, 2025, the day before Three Kings Day,{{cite magazine|url=https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/bad-bunny-new-album-1235217707/|title=Bad Bunny teases new album Debí Tirar Más Fotos|last=Paul|first=Larisha|magazine=Rolling Stone|date=December 26, 2024|access-date=December 26, 2024}} which is a national holiday in Puerto Rico. The album was immediately met with critical acclaim from fans and critics in less than a week for its themes, described as a "love letter" to Puerto Rico, blending traditional Puerto Rican folkloric music genres such as plena, jíbaro and salsa music with reggaeton and house music.{{Cite web |last=Villa |first=Lucas |date=January 8, 2025 |title=Bad Bunny – 'Debí Tirar Más Fotos' review: ode to homeland is a new high for the Puerto Rican star |url=https://www.nme.com/reviews/album/bad-bunny-debi-tirar-mas-fotos-review-3826988 |access-date=January 8, 2025 |website=NME |language=en-GB}} In the early morning of January 12, 2025, two Monobloc chairs, similar to the ones that appear on the cover of the album, appeared atop of the stairs to the entrance of the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico, hinting the possibility of Bad Bunny performing at the venue.{{cite web|date=January 13, 2025|url=https://teleonce.com/noticias/locales/posible-anuncio-de-concierto-de-bad-bunny-genera-filas-en-el-choliseo/|title=Posible anuncio de concierto de Bad Bunny genera filas en el Choliseo|publisher=TeleOnce|access-date=January 15, 2025|language=es}} The following day, January 13, 2025, the singer released a video formally announcing his first residency to take place at the same venue where he has performed numerous times and broken ticket and attendance records.{{cite web|last=Escribano Carrasquillo|first= Rosa|date=January 13, 2025|url=https://www.primerahora.com/entretenimiento/otras/notas/bad-bunny-presentara-residencia-de-21-conciertos-en-el-choliseo/|title=Bad Bunny presentará residencia de 21 conciertos en el "Choliseo"|publisher=Primera Hora|access-date=January 15, 2025|language=es}} That same night, Bad Bunny co-hosted The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he also performed "Voy a Llevarte Pa' PR" with Los Pleneros de la Cresta for the first time.{{Cite web |last=Paul |first=Larisha |date=2025-01-14 |title=Bad Bunny Gets His Laundry Done During 'Voy a LLevarte Pa PR' Performance on Fallon |url=https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/bad-bunny-voy-a-llevarte-pa-pr-fallon-1235234565/ |access-date=2025-02-01 |website=Rolling Stone |language=en}}

The name of the residency means I do not want to leave here in English, taken from a direct lyric from the outro to Bad Bunny's song "El Apagón", off his fifth studio album Un Verano Sin Ti (2022). This lyric is a reference to the growing number Puerto Ricans relocating to the United States due to high-living costs on the island as well as gentrification and the loss of cultural identity, which are themes that have been heavily explored by the artist in both Un Verano Sin Ti and Debí Tirar Más Fotos.{{Cite web |last=Rocha |first=Aurora |date=2022-09-17 |title=Bad Bunny estrena video musical de El apagón, una crítica a las injusticias que vive Puerto Rico |url=https://oem.com.mx/elsoldemexico/gossip/bad-bunny-estrena-video-musical-de-el-apagon-una-critica-a-las-injusticias-que-vive-puerto-rico-16882118 |access-date=2025-02-01 |website=El Sol de México |language=es}}

This residency will mark the first one being held at the venue and the first time a concert residency is held in Puerto Rico, slated to break a record held by Wisin & Yandel that was established after a 14-date run of their farewell tour in the month of December 2022, also at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum.{{Cite web |last=Sepúlveda Núñez |first= Bárbara |date=January 13, 2025 |title= Bad Bunny hará una residencia artística en el Coliseo de Puerto Rico |url=https://www.elnuevodia.com/entretenimiento/musica/notas/bad-bunny-hara-una-residencia-artistica-en-el-coliseo-de-puerto-rico/ |access-date=January 14, 2025 |publisher=El Nuevo Día |language=es}} The venue's administrator, ASM Global, further confirmed that the residency had been in plans with Bad Bunny's production team for over a year and that the venue had cleared out additional dates to extend the residency throughout September 2025.{{Cite web |date=January 14, 2025 |title= Coliseo de Puerto Rico cuenta con más fechas para extender la residencia artística de Bad Bunny |url=https://www.elnuevodia.com/entretenimiento/musica/notas/coliseo-de-puerto-rico-cuenta-con-mas-fechas-para-extender-la-residencia-artistica-de-bad-bunny/ |access-date=January 14, 2025 |publisher=El Nuevo Día |language=es}} At the end of the day of the in-person pre-sale on January 15, 2025, nine additional dates were announced, extending the residency throughout September 14, 2025. Later that night, to celebrate the launch of the public pre-sale, Bad Bunny made a surprise pop-up performance at El Boricua, a local college bar in Río Piedras in the vicinity of the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, where he performed songs from his sixth studio album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, as well as salsa versions of various songs from his discography.{{Cite web |date=January 15, 2025 |title=Bad Bunny se presentará esta noche en Río Piedras |url=https://www.elvocero.com/escenario/bad-bunny-se-presentar-esta-noche-en-r-o-piedras/article_f2a121e2-d352-11ef-bdf4-9fadf2d60687.html |access-date=January 15, 2025 | publisher=El Vocero|language=es}}{{Cite web |date=January 16, 2025 |last1=Rojas |first1=Stephanie |last2=Guemárez Soto |first2=Andrea |title=¡Fiesta en Río Piedras! The concert residency will take place at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, located nearby the Milla de Oro financial district of Hato Rey in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Named after Puerto Rican comedian José Miguel Agrelot, the venue is colloquially nicknamed El Choliseo (and the shortened El Choli), a portmanteau of the words coliseo (coliseum in Spanish) and Cholito, referring to Don Cholito, one of Agrelot's characters and his own adopted nickname.{{Cite web |date=2022-07-18 |title=¿Por qué le dicen 'Choliseo'?
