Subsequence phases will see further development including additional terminals and runways with the target passenger capacity of 60-120 million by 2050.

An integrated multi-model transport hub comprising air, rail, metro, RRTS, highways, expressways, and short and long distance bus terminals, taxi and bike ride hailing ranks is planned.
