A Norwegian Official Report ({{langx|no|Norges offentlige utredninger}}, NOU) is a report published by a panel or committee appointed by the Norwegian government.{{cite news |title=New report on media diversity submitted |url=https://www.uib.no/en/svf/106052/new-report-media-diversity-submitted |work=University of Bergen |language=en}} The Norwegian Parliament may request the government to establish, such a committee.
