Nothobranchius korthausae is a species of killifish in the family Nothobranchiidae.{{Fishbase|Nothobranchius|korthausae|month=April|year=2019}} It is endemic to Mafia Island in Tanzania. Its natural habitat is pools, ditches and small streams.
