Novoduginsky District ({{langx|ru|Новодугинский райо́н}}) is an administrativeResolution #261 and municipalLaw #109-z district (raion), one of the twenty-five in Smolensk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northeast of the oblast. The area of the district is {{convert|1922.04|km2|sp=us}}. Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Novodugino. Population: 10,477 (2010 Census);{{ru-pop-ref|2010Census}} {{ru-census|p2002=11,860|p1989=14,240}} The population of Novodugino accounts for 36.6% of the district's total population.
