Novotoshkivske ({{langx|uk|Новотошківське}}; {{langx|ru|link=no|Новотошковское}}) is a rural settlement in Sievierodonetsk Raion (district) in Luhansk Oblast of eastern Ukraine, at 52 km WNW from the centre of Luhansk city. Population: {{Ua-pop-est2022|2,119|punct=.}}

People from the town include Olena Tokar who made a career in Europe as a lyric soprano.

The War in Donbas, that started in mid-April 2014, has brought along both civilian and military casualties.
