Early life and education

Nuklutoshi is from Arkakong, Mokokchung District, Nagaland. He is the son of late Suzutemjen. Career

Nuklutoshi won from Arkakong Assembly constituency representing the National People's Party in the 2023 Nagaland Legislative Assembly election.
