History

Unfortunately, it was closed temporarily in 2012 and again in 2015 permanently due to its proximity to other stations nearby.{{Cite web|last=Ruter|date=10 July 2015|title=Five stops for bus and tram to close to improve practicability for buses and trams|url=https://ruter.no/en/news/five-stops-for-bus-and-tram-will-close-on-16-august/|archive-url=|archive-date=|access-date=|website=Ruter}}{{Cite web|last=Ruter|date=14 August 2012|title=Facebook|url=https://www.facebook.com/ruter.no/posts/471351762889299/|archive-url=|archive-date=|access-date=|website=Facebook}} In the late 2010s, the street of Storgata was closed for repair and Hausmanns gate was disestablished in the process.{{Cite web |date=12 February 2021 |title=Nye Nybrua holdeplass åpner |url=https://www.fremtidensbyreise.no/trikkeprogrammet/aktuelt/nyhet/3981707/nye-nybrua-holdeplass-aapner |access-date=24 January 2023 |website=Fremtidens Byreise}} Between 2018 and 2021, a replacement tram track was constructed and Lilletorget was created, which temporarily replaced both Brugata and Hausmanns gate.{{Cite web |title=Storgata |url=https://www.fremtidensbyreise.no/trikkeprogrammet/prosjekter/prosjekt/3057329/storgata |access-date=24 January 2023 |website=Fremtidens Byreise}} On the 15th of February, the current stop outside of the former Legevakten was opened.
