Oʻ (o with turned comma above right; minuscule: oʻ) is the 25th letter of the Uzbek Latin alphabet, representing the close-mid back rounded vowel {{IPAslink|o}}. It was adopted in the {{date|May 1995}} revision of the alphabet, replacing Ö.{{cite web |title=71-I-son 06.05.1995. In the Uzbek Cyrillic alphabet, it corresponds to Ў.
Encodings
In Unicode, Oʻ is not encoded as a precomposed character, but rather as a sequence of {{unichar|004f|Latin capital letter O}} or {{unichar|006f|Latin small letter O}} and {{unichar|02bb|Modifier letter turned comma}}.
