"Anyone can build their own customised vehicle, designers, the automotive industry, but also amateurs and enthusiasts" is how Liu described the philosophy of his car kit.{{Cite news |title=Tabby d’OSVehicle, la nouvelle auto universelle à assembler |url=http://fr.autofocus.ca/actualites/dernieres-actualites/tabby-d-osvehicle-la-nouvelle-auto-universelle-a-assembler |last=Gagné |first=Luc |date=2013-03-05 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160305050700/http://fr.autofocus.ca/actualites/dernieres-actualites/tabby-d-osvehicle-la-nouvelle-auto-universelle-a-assembler |url-status=dead |archive-date=2016-03-05 |access-date=2024-03-08 |work=autofocus}}
