Species

Eight species are accepted.

A molecular study published in 2007 found that Ochradenus arose from within the ranks of Reseda. Therefore, in future this genus may be abandoned, and its species transferred into Reseda.{{cite journal | title = Molecular systematics and biogeography of Resedaceae based on ITS and trnL-F sequences |author1=Santiago Martín-Bravo |author2=Harald Meimberg |author3=Modesto Luceño |author4=Wolfgang Märkl |author5=Virginia Valcárcel |author6=Christian Bräuchler |author7=Pablo Vargas |author8=Günther Heubl | journal = Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution | volume = 44 | issue = 3 | year = 2007 | pages = 1105–1120 | doi = 10.1016/j.ympev.2006.12.016 | pmid = 17300965|bibcode=2007MolPE..44.1105M }}
