The Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning or OTP ({{langx|th|สำนักงานนโยบายและแผนการขนส่งและจราจร}}) is a department of the Thai government, under the Ministry of Transport. It is responsible for creating policy for transport and traffic.
