Oksana Grishina (also spelled Oxana Grichina) ({{langx|ru|Окса́на Гри́шина}}; born 27 November 1968 in Tula, Russia){{cite web |title=Olympedia – Oksana Grishina |url=https://www.olympedia.org/athletes/13121 |website=www.olympedia.org |access-date=14 January 2023}} is a Russian track cyclist.

Grishina competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and came 5th in the women's sprint event.
