Old Ford Lock is a lock on the Regent's Canal, between Globe Town and Old Ford in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

The associated lock cottage,{{NHLE |num=1357545 |accessdate=9 December 2008}} and stables{{NHLE |num=1065739 |accessdate=9 December 2008}} were designated Grade II listed buildings in 1990. Thames lighters using the canal would have horses provided by the operators of the canal. The lock has facilities for taking on water and for disposal of rubbish and chemical-toilet waste.
