{{Starbox end}}

Omega1 Cygni, Latinized from ω1 Cygni, is the Bayer designation for a solitary star in the northern constellation of Cygnus. It is visible to the naked eye with an apparent visual magnitude of 4.94. Based upon an annual parallax shift of {{val|2.59|ul=mas}}, it is estimated to lie roughly {{val|1,260|ul=light years|fmt=commas}} from the Sun. Relative to its neighbors, this star has a peculiar velocity of {{Val|25.7|2.2|u=km/s}}.

This is a somewhat evolved B-type subgiant star with a stellar classification of B2.5 IV. Telting and colleagues report it as a Beta Cephei variable with a high degree of confidence as they found regular pulsations in its spectrum in a high-resolution spectroscopy study published in 2006. Its brightness varies irregularly by 0.034 magnitude every 1.137 days.
