Oniel Theodore Cousins (born June 29, 1984) is a Jamaican-born former professional American football guard and tackle. He was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the third round of the 2008 NFL draft. He played college football at Texas–El Paso. He also played for the Cleveland Browns and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

On August 27, 2011, he was waived by the Ravens.
=Cleveland Browns=
