Oppelia is a haploceratoid ammonite and type genus for the Oppeliidae that lived during the Middle Jurassic.{{cite web

Sides are generally smooth but may be variously ribbed on the outer flanks. Similar and related genera include Oxycerites and Oecotraustes.
