Oschatzia is a genus of flowering plants belonging to the family Apiaceae.{{cite web |title=Oschatzia Walp. {{!}} Plants of the World Online {{!}} Kew Science |url=https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:40322-1 |website=Plants of the World Online |access-date=24 May 2021 |language=en}} It is also in the subfamily of Azorelloideae.

Its native range is south-eastern Australia, it is found in the states of New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria.
