Otritio ({{Langx|bn|অতৃতীয়}}; {{Translation|"Not Third"}}) is the third album by the Bangladeshi metal band Artcell, released in 2023. After a hiatus of 17 years, this is their next album release (despite the album being titled Not Third).{{cite web |last=Ayaan |date=4 July 2023 |title=Artcell scales new heights with Otritio |url=https://www.banginews.com/web-news?id=8b66d7ff4a4afa500374e30862429854689f0314 |access-date=4 July 2023 |website=bangi news}}{{cite news |last=Sadiq |first=Dhrubo |date=4 July 2023 |title=Artcell gears up for Otritio |url=https://www.newagebd.net/print/article/181003 |access-date=4 July 2023 |work=New Age}}
Artcell's first solo album Onno Shomoy was released in 2002 and was followed by his second solo album Aniket Prantor in 2006, which sold record numbers. The members of Artcell then revealed plans for a third album in 2012, but after nearly two decades of waiting for the band's third album, fans treated it like a meme and refused to believe it until it was released.{{cite news |date=2 July 2022 |title=After 16 years, Artcell will finally release their third album |url=https://web.archive.org/web/20230626222544/https://www.thedailystar.net/entertainment/music/news/after-16-years-artcell-will-finally-release-their-third-album-3062121 |access-date=30 January 2024 |work=The Daily Star}} Meanwhile, the band's bassist Cezanne and drummer Shaju, moved to Sydney. For the next few years, vocal and rhythm guitarist Lincoln and lead guitarist Ershad, had to carry the band with their students as guest members. Then in 2016 Artcell announced the re-release of the album.{{cite news |last=Rahman |first=Osama |date=1 July 2016 |title=Artcell returns big bang after 10 years |url=https://web.archive.org/web/20230626222556/https://www.thedailystar.net/arts-entertainment/artcell-returns-big-bang-after-10-years-1248778 |access-date=30 January 2024 |work=The Daily Star}} Ershad confirmed the release of the album saying, "Finally we are going to release a new album for our listeners. The album is titled 'Otritio'." On launching the third album after a long decade, he talked about the band members' busyness with family and personal work. But the album was not released in Sebar either. In 2017, lead guitarist Ershad Zaman was removed from the band,{{Cite web |last=সজিব-উজ-জামান |date=2023-03-12 |script-title=bn:অতৃতীয় নিয়ে আর্টসেল |url=https://www.kishoralo.com/entertainment/2k8s8xjrqj |access-date=2024-09-01 |website=kishor.alo |language=bn}} their reason being that he was inactive within the band and out of touch with the members. One of Lincoln's students took his place as a guest musician until Lincoln invited Kazi Faisal Ahmed, formerly of Metal Maze, as the lead guitarist in 2018.{{Cite news |last=Hossain |first=Makful |date=2023-02-26 |script-title=bn:'আর্টসেলই আমাদের জীবনের সব' |url=https://www.prothomalo.com/entertainment/song/cm7vak3m5k |access-date=2024-09-01 |work=Prothom Alo |language=bn}}
