Outabouabane (Tarifit: Uṭṭa Bu Ɛban, (Intoxication of Rif snake tissue); Arabic: اوطا بوعبان) is a commune in the Taounate Province of the Taza-Al Hoceima-Taounate administrative region of Morocco.
