Pål Håpnes (born 28 June 1970) is a retired Norwegian football midfielder and later manager.

He went from Lunner to Gran{{cite news|title=Gran IL sitter i glasshus|date=5 October 2007|work=Hadeland Blad|language=Norwegian}} before playing over 100 first-tier league games for Kongsvinger.{{cite web|url=http://www.fozzum.com/kil/vis_spillere.php?persid=13|title=Pål Håpnes|publisher=Geir Fossum|work=Fozzum.com|language=Norwegian|accessdate=24 November 2019}} In 1998 he was loaned to Moss.{{cite news|title=Håper på Håpnes|date=6 May 1998|work=Aftenposten|language=Norwegian}} After two and a half seasons in Bryne from 2000 to 2002 he returned to Kongsvinger in the summer of 2002, now residing on the third tier.
